Hardwood and wood floor cleaning in Orange County
Low-moisture cleaning that lifts the grime a mop pushes around, without soaking the boards or dulling the finish.

Why mopping alone is not enough
Wet mops push dirty water into the seams, and many floor cleaners leave a film that dulls the finish.
Grime in the seams
Dirt collects between boards and in the grain where a mop cannot reach.
Cloudy film
Product buildup leaves a dull, sticky layer that shows footprints.
Sand and grit
Fine grit works like sandpaper on the finish in busy walkways.
How we clean wood floors
Moisture is the enemy of wood, so every step keeps it to a minimum.
Check the finish
We confirm the floor type and finish before choosing products.
Dry soil removal
Grit comes out first so it does not scratch during cleaning.
Low-moisture clean
A finish-safe cleaner and microfiber pads lift the grime and film.
Dry buff
The floor is left dry and walkable.
Floor types we clean
Not every floor that looks like wood is wood. Here is how we handle each.
Solid hardwood
Oak, maple and others with a surface finish. Low-moisture only.
Engineered wood
Real wood top layer, very sensitive to water. Low-moisture only.
Laminate
Photo layer under a wear layer. Damp, not wet.
Luxury vinyl plank
Water-resistant and easy to clean well.

Great service! Fast and efficient. Showed up on time and left everything looking spotless — would definitely use again.
I shopped around for a couple hours and these guys showed up same day and took care of my living room carpet and couch! They are very professional and have excellent pricing. Highly recommend.
Wood floor questions
Do you refinish or sand floors?
No. We clean the floor and remove buildup. Sanding and refinishing is a different trade.
Is it safe for engineered wood?
Yes. We use low moisture specifically because engineered wood and laminate are sensitive to water.
Can you clean luxury vinyl plank?
Yes. LVP cleans well with the same low-moisture method.
How long before we can walk on it?
Right away. The floor is left dry.
