Can you get dog urine smell out of carpet?
In most cases, yes. We find the spots with UV, treat them with enzymes as deep as the urine went, and extract. Heavily saturated pad may need replacing, and we will tell you before treating it.
Why does the smell come back after cleaning?
Usually because only the surface was cleaned. Urine in the backing and pad reactivates with humidity. Treating at the source is what stops it.
Is the treatment safe for my pets?
Yes. We use pet-safe products, and pets can go back on the carpet once it is dry.
Can you remove cat urine odor?
Cat urine is stronger and often soaks deeper, but the same process works. Old, repeated spots can leave permanent stains even after the smell is gone.
How many visits does it take?
One visit for most homes. Very heavy or old contamination can need a second treatment.
