Great service! Fast and efficient. Showed up on time and left everything looking spotless — would definitely use again.
I shopped around for a couple hours and these guys showed up same day and took care of my living room carpet and couch! They are very professional and have excellent pricing. Highly recommend.
Vinyl and fabric soil differently
Restaurant booths and office chairs fail in different ways because the materials are different. Vinyl wipes down easily, but food grease and body oil build up in the seams and stitching where a quick wipe cannot reach. Fabric seats absorb spills and skin oils into the fibers, so an office chair can look clean at a glance while the seat and armrests are dull and sticky to the touch.
Body oil is the quiet problem in both. It darkens headrests, armrests and seat fronts, and it attracts soil once it sits in the fabric. Food spills do their damage in booths, working into seams and under cushions where they sour and smell. A surface wipe handles the visible part; extraction removes what has soaked in.
That is why the fabric code matters before any cleaning starts. The tag under the seat or cushion shows W, S, WS or X, and each one calls for a different method. We read the code and spot-test first, so vinyl and fabric each get the approach that is safe for the material and effective on the soil.
Questions
Can you clean restaurant booths overnight?
Yes. We schedule after closing so seating is ready for the next service.
Do you clean office chairs?
Yes, from a few chairs to a full floor.
How long until seating can be used?
Usually a few hours, because we extract instead of soaking.
Why do office chair armrests get sticky?
Body oil builds up where hands and arms rest. Wiping moves it around; extraction removes it from the fibers.
What does the fabric code on a booth mean?
It tells us which cleaning method is safe. W and WS allow water-based methods, S needs solvent, and X means vacuuming only. We check it before we start.
