Great service! Fast and efficient. Showed up on time and left everything looking spotless — would definitely use again.
I shopped around for a couple hours and these guys showed up same day and took care of my living room carpet and couch! They are very professional and have excellent pricing. Highly recommend.
Why fragrance cannot fix odor
Fragrance does not fix odor; it covers it. The smell is still there underneath, coming from soil, oils or bacteria in the carpet and soft surfaces. Once the fragrance fades, the odor returns, sometimes stronger because the source has had more time to set. Real odor control removes the source instead of masking it.
Commercial spaces have their own common sources. Restaurants carry food and grease odors into carpet and seating. Pet-friendly offices collect pet odor in the areas where animals rest. Smoking areas and turnovers leave smoke in soft surfaces. After a leak, a musty smell means moisture got into the carpet or pad and something started growing. Each source gets a treatment matched to what it is, because one product does not handle all of them.
Sometimes the source is below the carpet. Urine or water that has soaked through the pad and into the subfloor cannot be reached by surface cleaning. In that case cleaning alone will not fix it, and we say so honestly. The pad or subfloor needs to be addressed before any cleaning can hold.
Questions
Do you just use air fresheners?
No. We treat the source in the carpet and soft surfaces; fragrance alone only covers it.
Can you remove cigarette smoke odor?
Often from carpet and upholstery. Walls and HVAC may also hold smoke, which is outside what we clean.
Can you work between tenants?
Yes, turnovers are common jobs for us.
Why does the smell come back after the room is sprayed?
Sprays mask odor without removing the source. Until the soil, oil or bacteria causing the smell is treated and extracted, the odor will return.
Can you treat a musty smell after a leak?
If the moisture stayed in the carpet surface, usually yes. If it soaked into the pad or subfloor, the affected material needs to be addressed first, and we will tell you that at the inspection.
